Each morning begins with silence until breakfast. We quietly meet in the yoga studio for meditation, move into ashtanga, pranayama and to awaken and centre. In the afternoon, we’ll enjoy a deep relaxation session to unwind or have fun with an inspiring workshop to take our practice to a new level.

This retreat isn’t just about movement and breath—it’s about creating space to slow down, simplify and reset.

When you're not on the yoga mat...

I look forward to the retreat each year. It's a time for me to immerse myself in my practice and challenge myself in a safe space. I always love learning something new about my relationship with my yoga practice. It’s a time and opportunity to quietly reflect or simply some me time. One also has the opportunity to connect with and grow friendships with fellow yogis.

I have gained self-awareness, self-love and forgiveness, yoga skills and a new appreciation for the practice, and so much positive energy and support from Allison and the other participants. I was intensely mentally and emotionally scattered when I first arrived. What Allison and the community created on this retreat has reset my focus and my energy. I feel reconnected to myself, my power and my potential.

I’ve been running retreats for over 10 years (teaching for 20 years), and they hold a special place in my heart. There’s something truly magical about stepping away from the noise of everyday life and immersing yourself in a space dedicated to growth, connection, and inner peace. I love creating retreats because I get to witness powerful transformations—guests arriving feeling stressed or disconnected and leaving grounded, revitalised, and inspired. Sharing practices like Ashtanga, pranayama, and deep relaxation in beautiful, tranquil settings is an absolute privilege

The retreat provided an opportunity to reset. Waking with the sun, moving in silence while listening to the ocean breath offered time to reflect, to connect and share in the practice of yoga. A supportive nurturing week led by Allison providing wisdom and inspiration. Sharing meals with others during the retreat is a wonderful way to continue new connections and enjoy delicious food while taking in the tropical restorative vibes.

Your typical day on retreat

Silence before breakfast

6:00 AM – Ashtanga yoga and pranayama session

9:00 AM – Delicious group breakfast

Time to swim, read, walk, explore local shopping, laze, sauna, have a massage

12:30 PM –  Delicious group lunch

More free time to do or not do whatever you like

3:00 PM – Afternoon restorative session or workshop

6:00 PM – Delicious group dinner

Early bedtime if you want some quiet downtime
