This is more than a getaway...
High above the coastline, where the air feels softer and time moves differently, there’s a place where you can finally exhale.
Join us for a transformative Ashtanga Yoga Retreat at the breathtaking Mt. Jukes Eco Retreat, a sanctuary nestled between lush rainforest and sweeping mountain views.
A few days devoted entirely to you, your practice, and the sacred stillness that lives in nature (and in you).
Morning Practice
Each morning begins as the world stirs: a grounding centring sequence in our purpose-built shala, followed by an energising Ashtanga flow. Whether you’re a seasoned practitioner or new to Ashtanga rhythms, Allison will adapt and guide, ensuring the practice meets you where you are.
Mid-day & Workshops
As sun climbs higher, drift into slower rhythms: pranayama and meditation, anatomy insights, journalling sessions by the creek, or a guided nature walk among rainforest and fruit trees. There’s space here — for reflection, for stillness, for growth.
The afternoons might include restorative yoga, sound healing under the timber shell, or simply quiet moments in one of the hammocks perched above the land.
Evening & Community
Evenings invite connection: delicious vegetarian meals grown onsite or nearby, gentle conversation under the stars, and optional guided meditation before you retreat to your cabin or glamping tent.
Here, you’ll not only practise yoga — you’ll belong. You’ll share laughter, stories, silence, and presence.
I loved the time to pause life a little. I came alone but left with new friends and a deeper love for my practice. I already can't wait for the next one!

About Allison,
our retreat leader
I’ve been running retreats for over 10 years (teaching for 20 years), and they hold a special place in my heart. There’s something truly magical about stepping away from the noise of everyday life and immersing yourself in a space dedicated to growth, connection, and inner peace. I love creating retreats because I get to witness powerful transformations—guests arriving feeling stressed or disconnected and leaving grounded, revitalised, and inspired. Sharing practices like Ashtanga, pranayama, and deep relaxation in beautiful, tranquil settings is an absolute privilege
The retreat provided an opportunity to reset. Waking with the sun, moving in silence while listening to the ocean breath offered time to reflect, to connect and share in the practice of yoga. A supportive nurturing week led by Allison providing wisdom and inspiration. Sharing meals with others during the retreat is a wonderful way to continue new connections and enjoy delicious food while taking in the tropical restorative vibes.
