Perfect for easing into the rest of your day, these sessions are the antidote to tension, tech neck, and chaos. You’ll finish feeling refreshed, not wrecked.
Think: gentle flows, deep stretches, and just enough movement to get you back to baseline.
Summer Surrender
Evening classes to slow down, soften, and melt into stillness.
End your day the way your nervous system wants you to – with time to process. These sessions are all about restoration, connection, and coming home to yourself with ease.
Think: slow flow, restorative postures, supported shapes, and the feeling of exhaling deeply for the first time all day.
