A Smarter Way to Start Yoga

Your 28 Day Orientation into a practice that builds strength, steadiness, and consistency
— without guessing or starting over.

Ready to feel stronger and steadier?

That’s not wishful thinking. That’s what happens when you stop guessing and start with structure. The 28 Day Orientation is your guided entry into how we practise at Live & Breathe Yoga. This isn’t about just trying yoga or “starting again.” It’s about learning how to practise in a way that supports your longevity, mental health, and real life.

Imagine becoming someone who:

Moves with confidence, not hesitation

Has a calmer, steadier presence — even when life is full

Recovers more easily and feels supported as they age

Puts their health on the calendar and actually sticks with it

Personal support and guidance

From Allison and the Live & Breathe Yoga team. We check in with you weekly, introduce you to other members, and take a genuine interest in helping you stay engaged.

Our 4-Step Orientation Process

Step 1: The Entry Shift

Your Orientation begins with a personal welcome and conversation. We learn about your body, injuries, goals, and schedule — then guide you into the right classes so you don’t start by guessing.

Why this matters: It removes confusion and the “am I doing this right?” feeling from day one.

Step 2: The Consistency Engine

You’re guided to attend around 2–3 sessions per week, with clear expectations and weekly check-ins to help you stay engaged — even when motivation dips.

Why this matters: Most people don’t fail because yoga doesn’t work. They fail because they can’t stay consistent.

Step 3: The Proof Moment

Across weeks 2–4, you begin to notice real shifts: more confidence in movement, steadier breathing, less hesitation, and a sense of “this is different.”

Why this matters: This is where trust builds — in the practice and in yourself.

Step 4: The Bridge to Momentum

When Orientation is complete, you’ll receive a 50% off for the first week when you purchase a Membership — designed to help you continue with structure, support, and progression.

Why this matters: Orientation isn’t the end. It’s the phase that prepares you to succeed long-term.

Frequently asked questions

We’ll guide you toward the classes that suit where you’re at — based on your body, experience, and schedule.

Most students begin with Yoga Restore, Yoga Introduction, or Yoga Foundations, then progress as their confidence and familiarity grow.

You’re never expected to guess.

The Orientation Pass is $189.
If you book via a phone consultation, it’s available for $149.

This allows us to make sure Orientation is the right fit and that you’re set up properly from the start.

You can begin as soon as you book.
Orientation runs for 28 days from your first class, not from the date of purchase.

Most students move into Momentum, our 4-month minimum membership designed to support consistency and deeper progress.

If Orientation has done its job, Momentum will feel like the natural next step — not a sales decision.

Progress during Orientation isn’t about poses or performance.

You’ll notice progress through:

  • showing up more consistently
  • feeling less hesitant in your body
  • knowing what to do when things feel challenging
  • feeling steadier physically and mentally

Your teachers will also check in with you weekly to reflect on how things are going.

Because we don’t offer random classes.

We teach yoga as a system — grounded in lineage, informed by experience, and delivered with care.
Our focus is not just how yoga looks, but how it supports your life.

Students stay because they feel supported, guided, and genuinely known.

Once you’re enrolled, you’ll book classes through Momence.
We’ll show you exactly how to use it and help you plan your week so your practice fits your life.

Yes.
Injuries don’t mean you stop practising — they mean you practise intelligently.

We’ll help you modify, rest what needs resting, and work with the rest of your body safely and confidently.

From starting over…
to practising with confidence and consistency.
