Our signature offering. In this traditional Mysore-style class, you’ll receive one-on-one guidance in a quiet, focused group setting. We’ll help you learn or refine the Ashtanga sequence, posture by posture – based on where you’re at and what you need.

This is where practice becomes personal – and deeply transformative. You’ll grow consistency, confidence, and connection within a supportive community.

Not suitable for drop-ins. Students must know the sequence they’re working on. Beginners, start with a term of guided classes or a private session first. Suitable during pregnancy with prior discussion.
