These practices free the flow of prana (our inner reservoir of infinite vitality ) so it can flow freely within. Regular and sustained pranayama practice can supercharge the whole body. This Foundations Pranayama protocol will settle the nervous system helping to reduce the negative impacts of stress, improve cardiovascular and respiratory health and leave you feeling calm and clear. Suitable for all levels.
