Yoga Bingo! wow what an experience, after 9 months out of the studio it feels like home again... Such a beautiful space to practice in, Allison has a wealth of knowledge that is applied and supported with the students on a Saturday morning. I cant wait to join you again xPosted on Laura CarcaryTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Live and Breathe Yoga studio is a very friendly place to go for yoga practice. Allison is always supportive and encouraging. I really appreciate the individual feedback I can get in the Mysore classes to keep improving my yoga practice. Thank you. :)Posted on gianluca acamporaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Better late that never. It was the beginning of december 2023 when i was going trough a very difficult period. I still remember the first day i got in Allison’s studio and when she saw me (and probably she already understood everything) she made me do a breathing exercise against the wall with the legs up for 5 minutes and i remember having a good sensation. The day I started her courses and the meditation one (with another lady) my life changed. Never done before yoga and meditation (I was actually the kind of person saying: i don’t need this stuff). I would love to teleport myself in Townsville just to listen to Allison’s voice, it was peaceful and relaxing during the lessons. I’m the italian guy, and I hope that soon i can talk about this experience that made me come back to life again in my book. GraziePosted on JPJ ChandlerTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Thanks to a great team of teachers.Posted on Lucy MullinsTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Arguably the best yoga studio in Townsville and probably all of QLD! I knew that this was the yoga studio for me once I'd read Allison's blogs. I felt a sense of connection and community with the yoga studio before I'd even begun my first class. Coffee every Saturday makes it more than just a yoga studio but a place where you below and connect with like-minded people. The Ashtanga yoga tradition is expertly embraced at Live and Breathe, thanks to the knowledgeable and supportive teachers who guide with precision and care. For those seeking a yoga community that goes beyond the physical practice, Live and Breathe is a gem, offering a fun and encouraging haven.Posted on Pauline thomasTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I met the Live and Breathe Yoga family just this year in my recovery from breast cancer. Allison and our team of coaches are amazing. They are gifted and super experienced and also kind and inclusive. I have not done this before and my inexperience and clumsiness is welcomed. They truly shower you in love and light and provide brilliant expertise and unwavering support to believe in your ability. The biggest bonus for me is being part of a true community of non-judgemental women and men while I get to fulfil my dream of practising yoga for the first time in my life, building strength and wellness for life, getting complete relief from physical and spiritual pain and knowing that there are no limits to the feeling of peace and centredness you gain from Yoga. All this amongst friends while having a giggle. You need to join us!
