Share what you love with confidence

Live and Breathe Yoga offer a highly practical and proven system for teaching yoga and transforming your students’ lives. Take what you have learned in the Yogic Studies Immersion combined with practical teaching experience and ongoing mentorship and feedback to become a highly sought after yoga teacher.

Explore the potential of teaching yoga

Have confidence to teach yoga in a variety of ways:

  1. Group classes
  2. Private sessions
  3. Workshops

Together, we will:

  • Learn how plan, create and teach a balanced yoga class
    Practice giving and receiving feedback
  • Learn how to modify postures for common injuries and mobility issues
  • Assess students posture and be able to offer alignment cues to assist
  • Learn the basics of hands on assisting
  • Engage students to want to continue to work with you

In truth, it matters less what we do in practice than how we do it and why we do it. The same posture, the same sequence, the same meditation with a different intention takes on an entirely new meaning and will have entirely different outcomes. (Donna Farhi)
