Our studio membership is valued at over $3000  but you pay ONLY $1534 for the year. You get four terms of yoga practice across a 12-month period, but payments are spread across 12 months to make cash flow easier for you. Additionally, you get so many bonuses and perks, enjoy special events, member-only classes, and exclusive member discounts to enhance your yoga journey.

Our memberships offer the best of value and the motivation to practice – because, with the best of intentions, we know exactly how little multi-class passes are actually used. And, we’ve designed our memberships to make it as easy as possible to get to class – and reap the benefits. The more classes you take every week, the better value this is. We want you experiencing exactly how powerful yoga is, and that doesn’t happen when your yoga practise is sporadic. 

Ultimately, the more you do yoga, the better your life will be, which is why we have a full year program for our members rather than a drop-in yoga studio.

Our year program is split into 4 terms and each term we focus on one of the 4 elements : Earth, Fire, Water and Air. This allows us to break down the ashtanga yoga practice into more accessible segments so that our members make progress, get detailed instruction and unwavering support from our team. Think of it as 4 smaller sprints with a break in the routine in the holidays keeping things fresh and fun. As yogis we get our power from our diligence, compassion, generosity but also from our rest and recovery allowing things to integrate. 

Terms are by the elements so that we can learn about all aspects of the yoga practice beyond the physical. We have energetic focus, emotional focus, mental focus and physical focus. We have intensives, workshops and other special events in each break to keep you moving.

If you’re new, or fairly new to yoga, we recommend either Reset and Restore class, Slow and Steady class or Ashtanga level 1.  Try a few virtual classes at home to see what classes you like best too. 

We have 11 live in studio classes a week, over 7 days. Our members often attend 2-3 in studio classes a week and 1-2 classes online at home per week.

2-3 times a week is our recommendation to really notice a difference and make progress with your practice. We suggest the best class for you is the one that fits into your schedule the best. Let’s face it if you have to move mountains to get to a class then it’s unlikely you will make it regularly. Pick a time that suits you first and show up every week to create the habit. Then add from there. Our teachers are highly trained to ensure you have the best experience in every class.

Your 12-month membership covers four terms of classes, but the payments are spread across the year, to aid your cashflow. In between terms, we have special events, courses and one-off classes. Running the studio on a school term basis enables us to take a breather in between terms, and align each term with the season, ensuring that classes are relevant and variable keeping things fresh and fun for our members. Our regulars love the focus of the term and the freedom of the different schedule in the breaks.

Yes, if you’re a studio member, you can freeze your studio membership for up to four weeks, which is added onto the end of your 12-month minimum agreement.

We offer Ashtanga yoga of different levels, reset and restore classes, slow and steady, pranayama and meditation. There’s something for everyone! We suggest you try as many classes as possible to see how you find them. Our timetable is a well thought out program to help our members progress.

If you’ve gotten the go-ahead from your doctor or physio to attend yoga classes, we suggest you start with a Level 1 Ashtanga or a Reset and Restore class. If you are unsure then we also recommend private yoga with Allison, owner and Yoga Therapist, to specific get modifications and support you need. 

All of our in-studio classes are streamed live via Zoom. Just register for class  the same way as in studio but choose the livestream option. You will receive a Zoom link via email when you register. Join using that link 5 minutes before the class is due to start, mute your microphone, switch on your video and join us live from anywhere. You will automatically get the recording emailed directly after the class finishes whether you attend live or not so you can do the class later when it suits you. You can join live, do it later or both!

We ask all our students to book their classes in advance. Once you have purchased the class through the website here then download the Momence app and login to book your classes with your membership. 

Yes you can. We have single classes, monthly and term passes as we understand you may be new to us and want to dip your toe in. Memberships are the best value, best for accountability and best for making progress and real change in your body. Go to our packages page
