Retreat activities
The central practice at this Live and Breathe Yoga retreat is the Ashtanga yoga practice, a dynamic yet deeply healing practice that will strengthen the body and awaken the spirit. Each morning session begin with Pranayama breathwork and finish with a guided Ashtanga yoga practice.

Switch off to tune into nature's rhythm
Your retreat can also be a digital free zone. By request we will look after your phone for the weekend, with a daily 1 hour opportunity to check in with loved one if you choose.

The Sanctuary Longhouse Restaurant captures the essence of the tropics with polished hardwood floors, high ceilings with fans lazily shifting the balmy air and a balcony situated perfectly to watch the sunrise heralded by a dawn chorus or a full moon appear out of the sea at sunset.
